Although there is a strict no party policy, I had a very small get together with my family and a few friends to celebrate graduating with my masters degree and Alicia was extremely accommodating and supportive of this. „Location, Location, location! Brought grandkids for a short vacay to Roaring Springs and Wahooz. Enough rooms and bathrooms for all and REALLY appreciated the community pool and park being so close. Roaring Springs and Wahooz were only a few short miles away (without having to use freeway) And, grocery store within a mile. Very pleased! “
