Falsche Werbung und keiner ist verantwortlich
Für zwei Nächte in der Stadt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sucht man sich gerne ein Hotel mit Pool. Das Poolfoto von Inn America wirkte recht überzeugend, also haben wir hier gebucht und wurden auch mit der Leuchtschrift „Pool is now open“ empfangen. Dann die Überraschung: im Pool befand sich statt Wasser nur grüner Schleim und der ganze Bereich war für Gäste gesperrt. Na, da waren wir gespannt, wie die Rezeption unsere Enttäuschung kompensieren würde. Wir hörten zuerst „Der Pool ist gesperrt, aber im Hotel nebenan können Sie für nur 5,50 $ deren Pool nutzen“. Später: „Die Benutzung des Pools ist gratis, also gibt es auch keine Ermäßigung, wenn er gesperrt ist“. Wir wollten den Manager sprechen, live oder am Telefon: „Der ist nicht da, anrufen oder die Nummer rausgeben darf ich nicht, aber ich gebe Ihnen seine E-Mail-Adresse“. Die stellte sich dann leider auch noch als falsch heraus, weitere Nachfragen wurden einfach nicht beantwortet. Eine bezahlte Leistung nicht erbringen und dann einfach nicht mehr ansprechbar sein. Liebe Reisende: Bitte seien sie solidarisch und bitte übernachten sie – wie wir – nie wieder in diesem Hotel.

When we arrived we got a room that was not cleaned. It had hairs in the sink and in the shower. Then we got another room hoping this one would be cleaned, but again it wasn't. The bed was not made and the mirror had toothpaste stains all over it. The third room was the final room we kept, but for our standards it wasn't really clean either (dust everywhere, but at least no hair). And that was after an employee cleaned that specific room again, because that day they had cleaning persons who clearly didn't do their job right. At least the man at the front desk was understanding and nice. In the morning we thought we would have a usual breakfast since on the menu it said omelettes, muffins etc. But we had to heat up the omlette and all other hot foods (that were stored in a mini fridge) in the microwave instead. Only positive aspect was the waffle maker. We will most likely not come again.

The modest room rate is the attraction. But you don't get what you don't pay for. In all, Inn America Boise is fine for a place to get a shower and sack out at a modest price.It's a bit dated and thats ok. Their complementary breakfast is ok but uninspiring. Being close to the airport, it has a bit of noise, which is not surprising. The biggest challenge I had is being able to use light switches on lamps and the drain plug on the sink, owing to poor design. I have trouble with my hands and had to struggle. Electrical outlets are old and worn and what is plugged in is not always getting a solid electrical contact.Hence,my CPAP was not usable.

The ladys at the front desk were extremely rude and judgemental the were whispering about me from the time I arrived. The lp in the room was stained horribly I used to stay here all the time but i will never stay here again this place has gone Down hill
