Hello there, I'm Jerry and I cordially invite you to turn my cozy home into your away-from-home home, here in beautiful Boise Idaho. Your furry extended family is welcomed here. Let these recent pictures I just took speak for themselves: immaculate cleanliness, elegant hard-wood floors, leather furniture, 65' new tvs, 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room plus a very cozy family room, elegant well-stocked kitchen, huge backyard for you to enjoy and your furry family, and so much more. I think you'll like it.

Did I mention this house is close to everything? The Boise Airport, Downtown Boise, The Village at Meridian, the Boise River and Green Belt, Walmart...ALL within 10 to 15 minutes drive, at the most. The Boise Mall? Less than 5 minutes away. Boise's own Winco Grocery Store? 3 minutes away or 15 minutes walk. The BSU stadium, baseball stadiums, major high schools, hospitals, night life, restaurants, hiking...ALL are located within 5 to 15 minutes drive.

You'll have access to the whole house. In addition, there's a new, high-quality queen inflatable bed, if need be.

You can also park a car in the garage, but the garage is not as neat as the rest of the house, fyi. See pictures. Feel free to use the 2 bicycles in there, treadmill, and small gym.

There's a BBQ grill equipped with gas and a table with 4 chairs in the backyard for your use. Not the fanciest - working on it - but they're clean, functional, and get the job done just as good as anything else.

Also, did you notice the guitar in the family room? If you can play, go at it! It's in tune and there's also an electronic tuner, a pick, and capo in one of the drawers in that room.

Please keep this in mind as a confirmed booking means you agreed to these terms:

Pet fee is $200 per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs only, medium size, but if you have more than 2 dogs, let me know and we'll work it out.

Additional persons: $25 each per stay.

Absolutely:

No smoking of any kind
No illegal drugs, including marihuana
No pets in furniture or beds
No loud noises as this is a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood
No house parties

Please note that pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in - but not limited to - $500 fine and immediate eviction plus additional fees, forfiture of deposits and payments already made.

There are 4 cameras in the front of the property for your protection. The reason for 4 cameras is that sometimes 1 or 2 cameras won't pick up anything. 1 camera in the garage facing the doors, and 1 camera in the backyard.

Side note: I take great pride in owning, managing, and cleaning my own house, no co-hosts here. However, I live in my other house located just 1.5 miles away, should you need anything, or just wanted to visit with me, which I'd love. When I'm away for work, I also have friends, neighbors, and family available, should you need anything when I'm not around.
