„The staff was amazing Really impressed with the room and how big it was I came with my friends Very clean I would definitely stay there again“

„First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty.“

„This is a shared house doesn't state this on the post we went for our 1st wedding anniversary and in the morning at stupid time doors was getting slammed bathroom wasnt clean as thats shared“

„Not recommending it for family“

„The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance ...

„Breakfast was so delicious and got so much variations. And you can Coffee for free all time. Bed got also good quality and I could sleep really good without waking. I want to stay again if I visit Manchester.“

„The property overall was very good, but, would have to question why I needed to provide photo ID?“
