The Space:

Tucked up on the hill among the pines, this cabin was built in 2023 with real craftsmanship in mind, right down to the handcrafted wood sink and the one-of-a-kind metal railing winding up the stairs. It's the kind of place where you kick off your boots after a day on the slopes, sink into the couch by the fireplace, and let the evening unwind, fresh linens and towels waiting for you at every turn. Come summer, swap the fireplace for the deck, fire up the grill, and watch the sunset behind the trees.

The chef's kitchen is fully stocked and ready for a big family breakfast, with a large island for everyone to gather around. Downstairs, the foosball table, darts, and karaoke machine make for easy game nights, and the indoor s'mores machine is basically an invitation for dessert every single evening! Winter brings four sleds ready to go right outside your door, and the binoculars on hand are perfect for spotting the birds and squirrels that visit the feeder just off the deck.



This one's great for families and groups looking to spread out, with plenty of common space to gather and cozy corners to retreat to. There are stairs between levels, so it's worth keeping in mind for guests who need single-level living. Our local team is close by throughout your stay, so if anything comes up, you can just relax and enjoy the mountain.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire home during your stay, including two garage remotes for easy parking.



The Neighborhood:

This hilltop cabin sits just a short drive from Big Bear Lake, so boating, fishing, and lakeside strolls are always close by. The Village is only a few minutes away too, with its shops, restaurants, and lakefront charm perfect for an evening stroll. Ski season brings the slopes right to your doorstep, with both major mountains just minutes down the road, and hiking trails through the national forest are easy to reach in either direction. You may spot local birds and squirrels right from the deck too. Ride-share options exist in town but can be limited, especially after dark, so having a car on hand makes it easiest to get around.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Big Bear, and you'll have plenty of room to park with a 2-car garage plus two additional driveway spots. Just note that street parking isn't permitted, so plan to keep vehicles in the designated spaces. Ride-share is available in the area, though wait times can vary depending on the season.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs per stay. We just ask that pups are crate trained and cleaned up after. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Exterior security cameras are installed at the garage, front door, and second-floor deck of the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



A portable AC unit can be requested for a $50 fee, please just give us 24 hours' notice so we can have it ready for you.



Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this property.



Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
