LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has 3 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Insta-pot, air fryer, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games, card games, smart TV with streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. NO ACCESS to fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Fully fenced yard with hot tub. Wrap around deck with patio furniture, gas firepit, and gas barbecue.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
