„A little bit hard to find the place as there is no sign indicating it's the hotel. Best to have a local number to call them if you get lost in the area (Located inside residential area). We took Yandex taxi from airport (1500 tenge) and the driver helped us call the hotel when we couldn't find the building. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola.“
