Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We took Yandex taxi from airport (1500 tenge) and the driver helped us call the hotel when we couldn't find the building. Lobenswert muss man die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität des Hotelpersonals anmerken, dass trotz Ankunftszeit um Mitternacht Zimmerkorrekturen vorgenommen hat!!! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut; einzig die Einrichtung war teilweise aus älterer Zeit so auch die Fenster.
