„My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times.“

„The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.“

Bed was very comfortable! Only downside was the shower - mold on the ceiling & inside, and a bit cramped. Vacasa was a bit frustrating. „Our family (kids ages 6 & 9) and two adults stayed at this great location on the beach. Many amenities were closed, but the heated indoor pool and outdoor pools were perfect. Location is ideal for biking along the Bethany boardwalk nearby and walking right on to the beach. Quiet during off-season is also a plus for families.“
