Enjoy this comfortable, quiet, lake front townhome in a beautiful community offering 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, docks for fishing, canoeing or kayaking, sand volleyball, basketball, and 2 playgrounds.
Unit 262 is a short drive to Maryland and Delaware beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping. This property has been renovated with guests in mind and provides you with a well-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen and a bunk bed. An air mattress is available for use in the main living area. To accommodate our youngest guests, a pack-n-play is available.
Free WiFi is included during your stay. Two smart televisions are located in the main living area and master bedroom. The screened-in back porch overlooks a bird sanctuary and beautiful views of the lake. We have two assigned parking spaces at the front of the unit. There are unmarked spots nearby for additional parking. Prior to your arrival and after your departure, the unit is professionally cleaned. Check-in is 4PM and Check-out is 11AM.
