Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The property was bright, modern and well-equipped, and the location on the beach was terrific. The property is just a few minutes' walk from the main boardwalk area, which is also nice. We found dealing with the property managers challenging because there was often a noticeable lag between when we'd send a text and when we'd receive a response. Also, the property managers want everything done through their portal, but their portal is very inconvenient to use. It would help to print out a hard copy of the check-out directions to have in the unit so you don't have to go back into the portal for that. The property managers weren't very flexible about check-in and check-out times, especially check-out. A 10 a.m. check-out is very early, but if another renter is coming in right away, I can understand the need for a cleaning crew to get in. However, no one was coming in after us. We asked if we could stay until at least 11:00 a.m., but they refused. We know for sure that the cleaning crew did not arrive by 11;00, so it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility. We would love to stay here again, and now know what to expect.
