Stayed at this property with my husband and toddler. I would say it was okay overall, but I will not be staying here again. Upon arrival to the property and entrance into the home, bugs were flying in the house with multiple grasshoppers seen across various walls. After 20 minutes of walking in the home, the bottoms of our feet were completely filthy with dirt. The master bedroom had exposed wires right near the bed, which was completely unsafe with a toddler. The pool upon arrival was extremely dirty with algae beginning to grow, not to mention extreme amounts of leaves/acorns with muggy looking water. I had to go to store to get cleaner to clean out the bathtub before use after seeing multiple hairs and pink mildew inside. The shower pressure was nice in the bathrooms with lots of hot water. Location was great—next to all the activities and easy walking distance to various places. Again, it was okay but will not be staying here in the future

Was surprised it is a duplex but was very clean and updated on inside. Pool was clean but surround and back yard could use a spruce up. Neighborhood was very quiet and we had a nice stay.

Terrible

We didn’t stay it was that bad. We walked in and had several issues. The home had an odor when you walked in. Back door to the pool was unlock and the reason being was because the lock didn’t work properly. The roll up shade on the back door fell off and hit my mom in the head. The pool was dirty and needed to be shocked and vacuumed. We called the property management company right way. Spoke with a lady what was extremely rude. She laughed when I informed her my mom was hit in the head. Which after laughing she replied with the shade was light. Then told me she could have someone come out to put the shade back up. Oh and that they could get us a diffuser for the smell. Never once asked if my mom was ok!! She was awful! She told me I could take it up with VRBO as she would not refunded me. Instead her solution was for us to wait however long to have someone come out and fix everything that should have been done before we arrived. The neighborhood is not well kept many of the places around had broken car windows with trash bags covering it, trash/junk in the yards, the other places around were not maintained. We didn’t stay. In fact we walked in my mom got hit and I call them. After being talked down to by the property management lady we left. We weren’t there more than 15 minutes if that. Never stepped foot back in the place. It was absolutely terrible. It saddens me at how callous she was about my mom and her health. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great location

This home was perfect for our few days in town for softball. It was close to anything we needed, yet in a quiet neighborhood. In fact, it felt like we were in the country with the wooded area behind the house. Unfortunately, we did not have much time to enjoy the backyard, but it was exactly as pictured. I was a bit worried when we arrived that we would have to share it with the renters in the other part of the duplex, but it appears that this listing is the only one with access to the pool and backyard. Garrett was very responsive when we had questions about checking in and the thermostat. The house was clean, and our kids loved the space downstairs.

Family Fun!

Great location to get to Crystal Bridges and downtown. We didn’t bike the trails, but they can be accessed easily from the house. The basement game room/bed/bath were perfect for our 18 year old son and his buddies (the twin beds upstairs were utilized by them too). Having three full baths is a huge plus! The kitchen has all the basics, but a large stockpot would help for preparing pasta for a group of 5-6 people. We enjoyed the pool, especially because the baby bars backs up to woods. The Diego Rivera exhibit at Crystal Bridges made the trip!

This is an excellent place to stay for a more than reasonable price. The home is beautifully kept and in a great centralized location for anywhere you want to go in NWA. The property management was quick to reply and easy to communicate with.

Great spot for the family!

We really enjoyed staying at this property during our week in Bentonville. It is newly remodeled, clean, and our boys loved the backyard pool. The location was close to biking trails and only a little over a mile from the downtown square. There is also a Wal-Mart Neighborhood market not even a half mile away which makes grabbing groceries very quick and easy (you don't even have to get on Walton Blvd). We hope to stay at this property again next time we visit Bentonville.
