"Servicio del personal Atilano 10/10+ Excelente empleado, deberían ponerlo de Gerente. El otro seńor mayor 0- muy malcriado, mal aspecto, para dar el servicio tiro la puerta de la entrada al parecer no le gusta atender los huéspedes, pésimo servicio de el, de verdad. Las chicas de al frente buen servicio aunque poco comunicativas. El hotel debería de tener mejor limpieza, y el personal ser más servicial , en el cuarto, el barcon sucio en la pintura, el baño por más que me cambiaron pasó lo mismo con el lavamanos y sus piezas oxidadas. Las chicas de la cocina comunicativas, buen servicio. El hotel debería poner fotos actualizadas, mejorar el servicio en los baños , los aires y el INTERNET porque sin conocer eso allí uno y ahí metido y ni TV se puede ver porque tampoco se ve sin el internet, en verdad no era pero bueno de esto se aprende, no hagan como yo, vean SIEMPRE las reseñas cerca de sus días de hospedaje. Gracias por su servicio , sé que pueden mejorar ! "

"Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y con instalaciones nuevas. Deberían poner ganchos o percheros dentro de los baños, porque no hay donde dejar la ropa para cambiarse. El desayuno se sieve en el buffet La Terraza, donde también se puede almorzar y cenar. Es variado y agradable, con balcones con vista a la playa. Hay cuatro restaurantes a la carta, mediante reservas: son regulares. El equipo de animación, Chocolate Team, es muy simpático y divertido y busca integrar a los pasajeros en actividades recreativas (el mejor, Depo, muy simpático). Es un resort pequeño en el que todo está cerca y no se necesita el traslado en carritos. "

"The bar was stoked and the air-conditioning was very cold. I had to turn off and get a blanket. Most of the staff are not people or service friendly. A few that stood out were Ana in the buffet, Alejandro in the timeshare area, Elias that took us over to the timeshare, the young lady that served us in the "reserved"outside timeshare bar area. Our daughter was ill 2/2 water contamination and was limited on what she could eat as she was bedridden.There was minimal help in getting food to her from the folks in charge. Room service was not available on several occasions to bring food to her. Our VIP status meant nothing. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff and a good location for our needs. Set in a golf resort so great for golfers visiting the island. This hotel is in need of a renovation it was looking a little tired. The room was satisfactory the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower worked for the most part, the safe however was broken and the ripped curtains wouldn’t close properly but on the positive side the antiquated fridge and microwave did work. Although this hotel was on the cheaper side of all inclusives in the area I don't feel it was value for money they certainly didn’t invest in good quality alcohol and food. Only one restaurant with buffet style food no à la carte menu choices and very standard offerings such as chicken white fish and pork cutlet, pasta and rice at every meal. I was looking forward to a few nice rum cocktails by the pool and a complete relax but the low quality of the spirits made this impossible. I didn’t know it was possible to have a bad rum in the Caribbean The wine wasn’t good either. The staff were doing the best they could I really couldn’t fault them always smiling and happy to help."

"Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of colonial zone. Walking distance to all attraction. Room is in good size and clean. Shower can be better designed as the water would easier spilled out. and there is no where you can hang the towel. Hotel staff are generally nice. But when we checked in, they never told us about the late afternoon refreshment, neither offered anything when we passed by in late afternoon. Kimpton typically offers refreshment in the late afternoon so I felt odd when there were like no body around the drink cart. and they never told us the whatsapp conciege service. I only found out when I checked out and I hear the staff told the group that was checking in. Not a huge deal to me but it would have made this stay even better if they do. "
