My room was near something that I couldn’t really identify but what causes a very annoying noise so I had to sleep with ear plugs. Not a very comfortable situation! The bed was very comfortable though.

"Unfortunately, there were major problems at check-in: I was sent a QR code for self-check-in, but no code to open the door to the self-check-in machine. There was a telephone number on the door, after 5 minutes on hold my European provider ended the call and blocked further calls for abroad. I stood outside the door for half an hour, then passers-by found me, they also tried to call the number, but nobody answered for 15 minutes. The passer-by then googled the apartment company and called another number, after 5 minutes we got through to them.
However, the lady on the phone and the reception staff on the following days were very helpful and friendly.
The apartment is well equipped, only glasses were missing. The apartment was very clean, the area is safe and there are many stores nearby, also the conference center is within walking distance.

"The apartment itself was great, plenty of space and an amazing view. It was clean and provided all the amenities you need. However, we experienced a not well working WiFi, which was unexpected for such a apartment and in a big city (it was a point for us as we needed to get some work done). In addition the aircon was not working well and it was with 18 degrees way too cold especially when there with a toddler. Also, you should currently consider to book or at least check where your room is located (if river view) you will have a 24/7 construction site directly in front which you can year all night (not ideal for people who really care about her sleep quality). It was a bit sad that this was not even mentioned. On the other side, for all our inquiries regarding heating & WiFi, the staff was super friendly and helpful (even if they were not able to sort it out for our stay). I would book this apartment again as it is located perfectly for exploring the city, but checking on all these before. "
