31 Veranda Beach Road (Stepping Stones) features four great porches that will provide a comfortable base for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The two rear porches offer stunning sunset views over the Atlantic Ocean and Skull Inlet.
 
Sleeping eight, this colorful three-bedroom, three-bath Fripp Island home offers spectacular ocean panoramas and all the amenities that are available throughout the island. Guests are able to get a good night’s sleep from the king-sized accommodation, the queen, or one of the two bunk-bed sets.
 
Enjoy the charming coastal décor in the living room while you watch television, play games with the family, or step out the sliding glass doors to check out the views you came for. Prepare your food (hopefully caught off the fishing pier just across the street) in the fully-equipped kitchen; and serve your meals at the tall six-person porch table to recount your day over an Atlantic sunset. A charcoal grill, crab trap, and beach gear is also available for your use.
 
Stepping Stones is perfectly located just steps away from the Cabana Club swimming pools and cafe, as well as Wardle's fishing pier; and the rest of Fripp’s amenities including, golf, playgrounds, tennis courts, beach bar, restaurants and more are close by. It’s only a short bike or golf cart ride to the beach offering multiple access points to enhance your stay.
 
Feel free to zip around the island in the 6-seater golf cart that is included.
 
Internet and all new Roku smart TVs throughout are included for your convenience. 
 
Please note that there is a maximum of 2 cars allowed at this home.

Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase, although not included. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

A 6-seater, electric golf cart is included with each stay.

Excellent Home
We were very impressed with the house. Very clean and well stocked. Great location - walking distance to our favorite pools on the island and also to the activity center. The included 6 seat golf cart was fantastic. We did not need help from the owner while we were there but she was helpful prior to arriving. I would totally stay there again. Thanks!

The views are great, location on island was perfect for our fisherman who easily walked to the pier. Perfect for our pool lovers to hit the Cabanna Club. The golf cart made beach access a breeze. Bring bug spray! The mosquitoes will eat you alive.

View was amazing and so was Bob!!!
I would like to first comment on the amazing view!! I know Fripp and knew we were in for a treat when I saw the location. We ran into some bad luck with this rental through NO fault of the owners/managers... timing of batteries failing on door lock. AC upstairs wasn't on prior to stay and had trouble getting to the right degrees... the golf cart battery was bone dry and golf cart failed on us even with a full charge, Bob came to our rescue every time we called. We had to call so often due to each issue but he was so incredible and prompt with each call. It was honestly a stroke of bad luck. The condo is fabulous. The neighbors were super nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. We know that things can happen... I'm glad we were the ones who were staying there when these things happened. We would rent this condo again. (Updated bathrooms would be a plus though!)

ROACHES!!!!!!
RUN! This place is DIRTY and infested with ROACHES! I will say this: the location is great, the view is beautiful, the 6 seater golf cart was perfect, and the house has potential. But it was very dirty! All of the furniture was extremely old and stained to the point that it felt nasty to sit on. We had towels covered in hair and makeup (they did bring us clean towels, but that should never have been an issue to begin with - what did we pay the cleaning fee for?!). And worst of all were the ROACHES. We kept seeing them in the kitchen and to give her credit, the manager Renee did call the exterminator right away, who discovered a massive infestation under the fridge. Because we had little kids he could not spray and set out bait which does not work right away. We continued to have roaches in the kitchen throughout our entire stay. It was disgusting. I have a baby who is crawling and I wanted to cry at the thought of her on those floors. We constantly had to make sure she did not go near the kitchen, which added an additional frustration. In the mornings there would be roaches on our bananas and I even had one even run up my foot! The transition strip to the kitchen was broken and a tripping hazard and underneath there were, you guessed it, more roaches! This put a massive damper on our trip! We drove a very long way with two little kids (not easy) and we don’t have endless time and money for vacations. I reached out to Bob, Renee’s boss, and he was horrendous. That man should have NOTHING to do with customer service or people. He repeatedly ignored my emails, showed zero empathy, and was extremely rude. When I asked for a partial refund since we ended up in a home that was filthy, roach infested, and obviously not as advertised he basically told us we were welcome to leave!!! The reason he wouldn’t refund any money? Because no one else had ever had a problem! Where is the logic in that? What does anyone else’s experience have to do with OUR experience?! I also don’t believe that such an infestation happened overnight. If I were the rental property owner, I would have offered a discount myself. Instead he ignored my emails and showed zero concern, understanding, empathy or kindness. RUN RUN RUN from this property and ANY property run by Bob/ Fripp Vacation.

This house on veranda beach was perfect for us. It comfortably fit 2 families, and the proximity to the pools and beach was ideal. The views from the back decks were gorgeous, and the house was nicely furnished and equipped!
