The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. „A wonderful home, in a great location! Plenty of space for our family of eight to spread out. A very easy walk to the beach. Nice pool. The home was clean and well stocked. The ping pong table was a lot of fun with many hours of family tournaments. A wide assortment of beach toys and floats for the kids. The host was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. We are putting this home on our favorites list.“

„We stayed for our son’s Marine boot camp graduation, it was the perfect location. Debbie is great, she’s there if you need anything. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house since we only stayed 2 nights, but it had everything we needed and more. “

„We really enjoyed our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and this older home was a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful beach houses some still being constructed. If you enjoy older homes would definitely recommend place. The views and beach were beautiful and there was shopping and restaurants within fifteen minutes walking distance. The only drawback was the traffic mainly getting there on Saturday but that should be expected. We loved our stay there.“

„We found this home to be excellent. Everything was 100% as advertised. It is right in Old Town Bluffton and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Check our Bluffton BBQ…….the food is excellent. Ted and his wife make you feel right at home. Take a walk down to the May River…..you’ll be glad you did. The Host were great, and easy to contact if needed…..we would certainly recommend this cottage…..“

„This house leaves nothing to be desired! The house itself is spacious and beautiful, but it's the setting that makes it so special. It's bounded by the lagoon on two sides in the back, so the view from the pool/backyard and the screened porch is incredible. The pool is not large but very pretty, and has steps into the shallow end, helpful for my granddaughters. There are mature trees that provide shade at different times of the day, so we could enjoy being at the pool without baking in the ...

„Close proximity to beach. All appliances are new. We were the first to use the outdoor grill and the air fryer! The complimentary wagon was useful for our daily jaunts to the beach. Bring bug spray no getting around that. Inside was clean. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed“
