„This is our second time staying here and cannot recommend it highly enough, it is super close to Beamish which is why we stayed. Rooms are lovely and clean, food is amazing big portions, the staff are super helpful and very friendly. Lovely seated area to the rear to enjoy drinks, Good parking also to rear of property. "Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, grosses und gepflegtes Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad und wohlriechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Doppelbett war sehr, sehr bequem und das Hotel sehr ruhig, so dass ich wunderbar schlief.
Das Frühstück konnte am Vortag ausgewählt werden. Das „english breakfast“ wurde dann frisch zubereitet und war einfach wunderbar. Der junge Mann sehr zuvorkommend und sehr motiviert und freundlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich kann das herzige Guesthouse sehr empfehlen.
Schade fand ich, dass per Mail davor niemand zu erreichen war. Ich hatte eine Frage/Bitte bezüglich Gepäck zwischenlagern. Ich mailte mehrmals eine Woche davor. Mein Mann hat dann angerufen, so dass schlussendlich doch noch alles gut kam. "
