This was a great selection. Its a quick 10 minute ride from the airport but worth it. There is a free shuttle to take you in town if you desired. The room was clean, spacious and had a tv that worked. Its a beachfront property but no beach access due to erosion but the view from the balcony every morning was breathtaking. The staff made the stay even more pleasurable. They were very friendly attentive and gave good recommendations on what to while we were there. Lastly the food was fantastic! Not the undesirable resort food many hotels have. It had local flair and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning there when we go back sooner than later

The hotel staff could benefit from hospitality training. Please be watchful of how your credit card is used by the hotel. I was double charged and when I flagged it with the hotel they initially denied the error until contacted by Expedia. An apology was only forthcoming when I flagged that the hotel had not formally acknowledged the error and apologized. The only saving grace was the restaurant manager and his team of engaging staff.

My expectations were exceeded in every area except for the breakfast. Room & Facilities were clean and well maintained stuff, friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond. The view from my room was spectacular & made a difference to my hotel experience. Would definitely stay here again. Assuming standards are maintained. I will definitely recommend.

Though we booked the Koi, we didn’t actually stay there…we didn’t even check in. The area surrounding the property was desolate, brown, and was nowhere near water. Prior to arriving, we read some pretty harsh reviews of the property but seeing where the property was located was the final straw. We ended up staying at the Park Hyatt and it was a wonderful experience.

The check in process was extremely smooth. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly by all staff members. Our bags were taken into the lobby for us and as we were checking in we received a delicious fruit welcome drink and a refreshing moist towel. Even though we arrived early, the front desk worked with us and we had our room key faster than expected. The property was clean, smelled good, and our room had an amazing view.

We loved it! Very clean. good food, and the staff treated us as if we were the only guests at the resort. The only negative, and it wasn't a bad one, was it's location was a bit inconvenient. Overall I give it 5 stars!

The staff at Koi Hilton were excellent! Very pleasant and accommodating. They went above & beyond when we had a request or need. The hotel is very quaint and quiet, so if you need to relax and want a peaceful environment- this is the resort! My only recommendation- need to hear more reggae music.

Firstly St. Kitts is a lovely island, please visit this country. Note to folks paying extra for the continental breakfast. Its not what you would expect. You get the basics of "pastries, baked goods, fruits toast and tea." No proteins such as eggs, beacon, sausage or the usual item afforded to you when you purchase a package such as this one at an Internationally recognized hotel anywhere in the world . I was guided I needed to pay 8USD for (2) two hard boiled eggs. Yes, read that again. I did this on the first day and found a grocery story where i wont break the bank at that price for eggs. I sure hope Koi Resort and by extension Hilton International see this review and take drastic measures to resolve this.

After a bumpy start by the airline loosing my husband's luggage, the hotel staff went over-the-top to help us get what we needed to enjoy our stay. Starting with the Welcome drinks while Cleo checked us in and made sure our room was what we wanted, to Mr. Pawan and Mr. G in restaurant management, everyone on staff was AMAZING, gracious, helpful and very kind. The property is beautiful and tropical, with an oriental theme befitting of its name, Koi, and is perfect for couples and people wanting to be a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise port and heavily populated hotels, but still be close enough to the action to get out and easily explore St. Kitts. Our stay was relaxing, our room was clean and quiet, and while the hotel was full, it didn't seem like it at all. There's is always room in the lovely, airy restaurant and bar, with a lot of different seating options, and the staff is just...WOW, so on top of it and great service every time. The continental breakfast has croissants, coffee, fresh fruit and cereal. It was included in our room rate, but we sometimes ordered from the menu for variety. The food was consistently great, and Mr. P and Mr. G went out of their way to present a special meal for our last night there, which was a step up and beyond what we could ever expected. I highly recommend the ceviche, the catch-of-the-day, and the chicken breast. The mac & cheese is the best I've had anywhere, ever! Great place to stay, a million stars!

We stayed here just one night and although the room was nice and staff were nice, the pool is not what I expected and the hotel itself was far from anything else- there is nothing walkable. You also can’t access the beach (but we knew that). If you are looking for something away from the hustle of the beach and touristy areas this is a good hotel. It worked for us given our short stay.

The room is really breathtaking and stunning! One of the best rooms I have ever been in… The cost for food and taxi is on the very pricey end…. Continental breakfast was included with my package at the restaurant in the hotel called Kaya, but it’s dry food such as croissants, muffins, juice and coffee. 2 eggs cost $8 and an omelette was $16 or more! The food at Kaya was good, but they could spice up the menu a little bit with special selections on certain days would be a suggestion. I got tired of the menu after 2 days! I discovered Kravings that’s 5min walking distance, only breakfast restaurant within walking distance. The lady took our order by phone called on whats app (only available 7am - 9:30am) and a full menu breakfast cost $10 EC dollars that’s $5US! It was very filling and delicious, she had omelette, eggs, pancakes, sausage to name a few. Everything else is 10mins driving distance, cost $20US each way. The staff and residents were very polite, and I felt pretty safe at the hotel, and in town when I visited. Beautiful island, and resort, but be prepared to spend a substantial amount on food, and drinks.

If anyone is looking for a peaceful and quiet stay in St. Kitts, Koi Hotel is for you! I loved the ocean balcony views that face the sunrise every morning. The staff are super friendly, the spa was superb, and the locals are kind and sweet. Please note that there is no beach access, however, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Frigate Bay beach. There isn’t much to do at Koi, there is a restaurant and they offer room service. Since they don’t have a gift shop, I would recommend bringing your own snacks and lots of books to read. I loved discovering the island and taking a catameran to Nevis Island, there is also zip lining excursions and lots of hiking activities.

There are not many hotels on the island and driving access is limited but overall it was a great property. I would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property as there were some negative reviews recently. I stayed there for 5 days for work and it turned out to be a very nice experience. The rooms are big, comfortable and very modern and clean. Some face the beach (more expensive) but I had a room facing the mountain and it was equally pleasant. It is a smaller hotel, very quiet, not a lot of noise/tourists/ people so you can relax. The restaurant has a good variety of food and it is of very good quality. Room service is prompt and efficient. Wifi works very well throughout the premises. There is a small but nice pool and a gym. The down sides is that although you are on the beach, you cannot actually swim from the beach but there is a shuttle every day (free) that brings you to and from the beach twice a day. Another downside is that the hotel is a bit remote from downtown you have little dining options outside the hotel restaurant. Staff is very pleasant and hotel is reasonably priced. If you want to play gold, the golf court is right next door.
