One note for people who run warm like us -- there's no AC in the main living area, but opening the windows and the front door the ceiling fans gives a LOVELY breeze. She went above and beyond to help us out by grocery shopping for us in advance of our arrival as well as calling the car rental service to get car rental set up for us and have them deliver the vehicle to us.
