„A warm welcome at reception. On a very hot day it was wonderful to step into my room and find a fan on. All staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The large bed was very comfortable.
I had dinner and breakfast, both were very tasty. The dinner menu had an excellent selection of food.
Free parking close to my room was very welcome. I will definitely visit again.

„Bit of a regular here always normal business trip but ideal if your on a break local attractions Rutland water but Oakham is a nice un spoilt town. All self service but if you want a meal the hotel sits above a lovely restaurant and there are places in town to enjoy a coffee or full meal“

The room was lovely, everything i needed.
Couldn't get the tv to work at first, i asked and they came up amd replaced the tv, fantastic service.
I had a great sleep and a lovely shower in the morning. 100% recommended..“

„A lovely welcome and everyone during our stay were lovely. We stayed in the outside annexe so can’t comment on more internal rooms. These rooms were clean and well equipped just are ready for a refurb which judging from the rest of the property will be done I am sure. Still very worth a visit the restaurant was amazing “

"Es gibt keine Rezeption, daher muss man vorab ein Foto des Reisepasses per Mail schicken und die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Dann bekommt man per Mail den Zugangscode für Außen- & Zimmertüre. Wenn man das überliest ( wie ich) und niemand erreichbar ist telefonisch von der Hotelverwaltung, hat man ein Problem .... Dieser Umstand könnte von hotels.com besser kommunizert werden !
Wir hatten ein mini DZ im 2. Stock mit vielen sehr steilen Stufen, zwei Koffer hochschleppen unmöglich (kein Aufzug). Zimmer sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, Bett bequem aber klein, Bad & Dusche winzig. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Postitiv: Parkplätze ausreichend kostenlos. In 5min. Laufnähe zahlreiche Restaurants.
Wer keine Ansprüche hat, kann hier gut übernachten."
"Das Zimmer war eng und spartanisch. Das Bad dazu ebenso. Für eine Nacht jedoch ausreichend. Das Parkhaus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel was sehr praktisch ist. Bar und Restaurant im Loft Style,wenn gut besucht,sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso das Personal. "
