The apartment price includes the use of the apartment and all its appliances. All utility bills are included in the price.
Ski shuttle service runs every 15 minutes.
Pool and spa services are charged separately at the reception.

In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. The country that issued the national document


Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
