The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and queen bed on the main level, a queen and two twin beds on the second level, and two single beds in the kids' game room on the 3rd level

The open-concept layout is perfect for entertaining with a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in every room, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Step outside onto multiple decks to take in sweeping long-range views or relax around the outdoor fire pit. A new hot tub will be installed at the end of September 2025, providing the perfect place to unwind after skiing or hiking.

Downtown Banner Elk is about 15 minutes away with restaurants, breweries, wineries, and the beloved Apple Hill Farm. Sugar Mountain Resort is just 20 minutes away, and Grandfather Mountain—with its famous Mile High Swinging Bridge—is about a 30-minute drive.
