„My wife and I stayed here to get some skiing in, and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed the convenience to Sugar Mtn, and the wood burning fireplace. The host was super accommodating and very quick with responses to questions. He was also on point with checkin instructions and guidance. Thank You!“

„The cabin was very nice and had everything necessary for a week long stay. The amenities were great and the location to Beech Mt Ski Resort was very close, Sugar Mt Ski Resort was a short drive also. The minor issues with lighting were quickly resolved. The only complaint I have is the bar stools are quite short, the dining room table chairs need to have the legs tightened and there is only 1 television and it’s quite dated.“

„We were concerned about the rain and cold that was predicted for the one night we were staying here..but honestly, once we got to the cabin, we forgot that it was nasty outside! The cabin is so cozy - we lounged around and watched TV, had the fireplace going and just had some family time! With 4 adults and 2 dogs, we did not feel like we were overcrowded or anything. A lot of thought was put into the details in this home and we loved every minute of being there!“

„1. toaster is completely broken 2. dishwasher leaked all over the floor when it ran. 3. freezer has some issues. the entire black wall covered in ice. 4. the additional icemakers one had mold the other never worked. despite all of this we had a wonderful stay.“

„The house was absolutely beautiful. Didn’t get to enjoy outdoor area. However the bumper pool took me back to my childhood. The road in was being paved so that was very bumpy. Due to all the rain it was super muddy. Other than this thank you for a clean, safe, worry free place to stay. Would definitely book again.“

„House was great. Only part that was a little odd was the downstairs as to get to 2 of the bedrooms you had to walk through another bedroom. Nothing like saying a lack of privacy for one set. My guess is they turned what was a sitting area into another bedroom and made other rooms have to go through it. Was totally adequate for us as it was all family but if you are mixed families for a trip just know it may be awkward in the bottom level.“

„The house was just as described. It was enough room for our family of 5, close enough to everything we wanted to do, & hot tub was great! The only issues, which were not deal breakers & I’d still stay again, were the fact the the loft is super hot for whoever stays up there and the smell of sewage. I assume it is coming from the garage disposal. We bought a candle and some febreeze spray and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!“

„The house had been wiped over. We each had one towel to use for bathing and getting in and out of the hot Tub. I know this is not the standard. When I informed the management, I assumed they would bring more, I should have asked for more. Ugh.“

„The sound of the water flowing down the creek as you drift off to sleep has to be better than any sound machine ever. The beds were comfy and so was the fireplace. Dinner on the deck was my favorite thing of all. Highly recommend this home as well as the location!“

„Kitchen cabinets need to be reorganized and all dishes cleaned. We found several dirty, used or greasy items. Hawks nest zip line was a great break from the norm. Downtown Blowing Rock is adorable. Lots of random stuff in closets-didn’t know what was clean or not.“

„Called about the dishwasher not working. I was told that a repairman would be there Saturday afternoon. No one ever came.“

„This house was beautiful. A Victorian type feel to it. The beds and sheets were awesome and had plenty of room for our youth devotions. Great location“

„Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!“
