Gutes Hotel
Ich empfehle das Somerset Park Suanplu weiter. Die Apartments sind geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich und die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr günstig. Es ist alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Super service in really good hotel in Bangkok
I had a pleasant stay at Somerset Park Suanplu Bangkok. The service is very good. I was able to store my suitcase there during my traveling through Thailand without any fee! The rooms are very clean and have a lot of space and all facilities needed and more (stove, microwave, washing maschine, etc.) The hotel is located in Sathon between many rooftop bars and in walking distance to the metro station and the BTS. On my next stay in Bangkok I will book this hotel again!

Das Haus ist sauber und freundlich. Alles vorhanden von 2 Fernsehern bis zum Waschtrockner. Freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffett in Ordnung. Kleiner Einkaufsshop in der Anlage. Am Eingang 100 Meter ein 7 -11 Shop. Bis zum BTS Chong Nonsi ca. 10 Minuten.

Abgewohntes Hotel, dass derzeit renoviert wird
Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer im 16. Stock. Leider war hier noch nichts renoviert. Die Möbel und sonstige Einrichtung war abgenutzt und alles etwas schmuddelig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam im Bad Wasser durch die Decke. Wohl nicht zum ersten Mal, da die Decke bereits deutliche Wasserflecken hat.

Exzellenter Service, große Zimmer
Das Hotel bietet sehr große und geräumige Zimmer. Wenn man ein Hotel in der Nähe aller Botschaften in Bangkok sucht ist dieses Hotel ideal, denn zur deutschen Botschaft sind es z. B. nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Zum Stadtkern mit den Shopping Malls sind es leider einige Kilometer und mit dem Taxi kann es schon mal 45 Minuten dauern bis man dort ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, eine große Auswahl an Speisen war vorhanden und auch der Kaffee sehr gut (was in Thailand leider nicht in jedem Hotel der Fall ist). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier einmal den Service dieses Hotels. Meine Mutter hatte in ihrem Zimmer Kleidung vergessen. Diese wurde gefunden und uns KOSTENLOS per Expressversand an unseren nächsten Aufenthaltsort (ca. 400 Km von Bangkok entfernt) per EMS-Expressversand nachgeschickt!

The sink did not drain properly for 2 nights and the air condition was leaking on the last day. Staff were friendly though and the area is nice and walkable and peaceful. Great local street food near the hotel within walking distance.

I liked it because it was privately but they should change the toilet paper brand. It was so thin. Could not use it at all. And the plumbing too. The water drained really slow. They need to fix it also. Other than that was great.
