The The room was modern and relatively newly decorated with a nice view of the river. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection! Great and very friendly service during breakfast! The - When you arrive by car for the first time, everything is a bit confusing! The direction where you actually have to go is poorly signposted. It is also not really clear where the hotel reception is. The parking garage is also poorly signposted! Furthermore, there is no roof where you arrive by car and drop the luggage!?

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
Abgenutzt und eher durchschnittlich gepflegt. Zimmer wurden nur mittelmäßig gereinigt, wundert mich aber nicht mehr in Thailand. (Ver-) störend waren die zahlreichen Blutflecken um den Fernseher herum. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war super, Rooftop Pool war sauber und bot eine tolle Aussicht auf Bangkok. Dort oben war auch im Vergleich zu Bangkok gute Luft. Würde jedem empfehlen, sich ein Hotel mit Rooftop zu suchen, muss aber nicht dieses sein.

Wir waren zum 2mal in diesem tollen Hotel mit einem tollen blick aus dem Pool in der 26 Etage auf Bangkok. Man kann kostenlos mit dem Boot vom Hotel bis zur Taksin Brücke fahren, schön wäre es wenn es auch wenn das Boot auch am Asiamark fahren würde der genau auf der anderen Seite des Flüsses liegt.Es ist Abends etwas nervig da die Taxis nur festpreise machen.Trotz Goldstatus bei Hotels.com gab es keine Vergünstig und ein später scheck out kostete 3500,00 Bath.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Chao Praya und die Skyline von Bangkok. Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Zwar etwas abgelegen con der City, aber via Crab oder mit der hauseigenen Fähre kommt man schnell überall hin. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes, tolles , sauberes Hotel mit dem tollen Ausblick über den Fluß. Der Personal vollkommen. Der einzige Nachteil: das Zimmer würde nach paar Tagen nicht mehr richtig sauber gemacht! Es wurde vergessen, Wasser und Tee aufzufüllen oder den Boden zu wischen. Nach Reklamation, wurde es sofort behoben.

Amazing staff!! Clean, great views, good gym, small but really nice room, perfect pool. The night club „Seen“ on the roof top is exquisit and top notch, but even considering that it‘s ridiculously expensive. Would come back any time when going to Bangkok.

Traumhaft
Die Mitarbeitern waren so zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Suite und der Preis hatte sich definitiv gelohnt. Schönste Aussicht auf Bangkok. Pool und Bar auf dem Dach war auch traumhaft. Wir werden zukünftig nur noch in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn wir in Bangkok sind. Einzige was nicht so gut war, es war nicht so Zentral zu den grossen Shopping Mallen in Bangkok.

Great! ...disappointment.
Finally, I was able to visit the Avani Riverside again. As always, I enjoyed the nice atmosphere, the beautiful rooms, the great roof terrace lounge and the easy access to the city by hotel boat. This time, however, several events came together that might make me stay away from the hotel permanently in the future. First of all, the quality of a hotel is not determined by a nice lobby, but by how they handle problems when something doesn't work. a) On two nights the lights kept switching on and off for no apparent reason. There must be a problem with the circuits. So the last night there was no sleep. A screaming baby in the next room didn't make things any better. b) Some other, smaller things were broken or missing from the room. Nothing critical - but I also mentioned this when checking out. The staff were completely ignorant about it. Worse still, there was no word of regret, let alone any sort of redress for the initial problem. They didn't take any notes - so subsequent guests will experience the same. When I wrote to the management a week ago, there was no response - even after a reminder. So I am now bringing the experience to this platform. I really like this hotel - and I really regret the poor management in this case.

Me and my friend booked the hotel for a single night, but definitely regretted it.. Because we only have 1 night to enjoy it! The view from either your room or the view from the rooftop is extraordinary. The staffs and services were top notch. There were many options to choose from the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stays. I was there with my friend for business. However if there‘s one hotel i would like to stay overnight with my girlfriend for longer period to enjoy the beautiful view over Bangkok and Chaopraya river, then definitely here.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig, Personal teils freundlich, allgemein sehr langsam, Service in der Nacht bis 30 min warten( oben Terrasse)ich musste sogar an die Bar gehen und fragen wenn endlich jemand kommt! Aber Mitarbeiter mit dem Natel. Für ein 5 Sterne geht das gar nicht! Die Leute bewerten natürlich gut weil Sie nur ein zwei Tage dort sind, wir waren 4, und haben so vieles gesehen, das wir nur noch so schnell wie möglich weg wollten

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ok würden wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt nicht mehr wählen, hatten leider Spinnenweben an der Decke im Zimmer, Frühstück war sehr gut, besonders der Service von Mr. Ball, leider ist das Management sehr inkompetent, und unbeholfen, von der Lage nicht ganz praktisch da man am Ende des Flusses platziert ist.

Nach einem langen Flug war das Hotel mit seinem Pool , dem Ausblick von der Rooftop Bar und von der Umgebung her ein wunderbarer Startpunkt. Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines shopping Center mit einigen Restaurants. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch vor Ort. Die kostenlose Fähre zum Skytrain und zu den Ausflugsbooten ( Hop on- hop off ) rundet das Ganze noch positiv ab.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas weiter vom Mittelpunkt des Geschehens, aber durch die Fähre wird alles wieder gut. Für die Hauptattraktionen ist es sehr praktisch, dass dann nach der Fähre gleich das HOP ON HOPP OFF BOAT nehmen kann . Damit ist man relativ schnell und nervenschonend am Ziel . Das Frühstück ist phänomenal. Ebenso der Pool und die Aussicht auf den River. Praktisch ist auch , dass gleich nebenan ein kleines Shoppingcenter mit Restaurants ist . Alles gut durchdacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super schönes Hotel mit tollem Blick über den Fluss. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück, toller Infinity Pool. Einziger Nachteil waren die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer mit feierwütigen Nachbarn bis morgens um 6 Uhr... Die Lage war gut, es fährt ein kostenloses Shuttleboot alle 20 Minuten über den Fluss. Die Fahrt dauert ca. 20 Minuten.

Hätte nicht besser sein können! Unglaublich zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr sauber, wunderschöne Pool Anlage. Zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber mit dem Privaten Boot Shuttle oder mit Grab sehr einfach in der Stadt.

Perfektes Hotel am Fluss für Kurzbesuch in Bangkok
Das AVANI Resort ist ein schönes, modernes Hitel direkt hinter dem Anantara Riverside gelegen. Mit dem hoteleigenen Boot kommt man direkt an den Mainpier mit Zugang zu BTS (Subway) und den Expressbooten. Das Psrsonal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool und Barbereich auf der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend und einmalig. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen Kurzbesuch in Bangkok.

Nice new hotel with amazing view. Staff is nice as expected in Thailand but not exceptional. First room was not very clean (hair in the bathroom and stain marks at sink area). After room change much better. Staff undertook everything to improve - very positive! Breakfast with great choices, some days it was too crowded and we had to wait in line for couple of minutes. Pool with amazing view, however gets very crowded for the amazing of chairs. Pool staff is great.
