Zimmer war sauber und Personal freundlich. Das Bett war schon etwas durchgelegen und sollte mal erneuert werden. Zimmer also an sich in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Die größte Enttäuschung war das angepriesene „große Frühstück“. Dieses Bestand aus einer Papptüte gefüllt mit einem Wasser, einer halb gefrorenen und damit ungenießbaren Banane, zwei in Plastik verpackten Minimuffins, einem trockenen Müsliriegel und einem kleinen abgepackten Joghurt. Da besteht wirklich Verbesserungsbedarf.

Die Gegend scheint nicht sehr sicher zu sein, dafür ist das Hotel komplett eingezäunt und videoüberwacht, was gut ist. In der Beschreibung stand "großes Frühstück" bzw "full breakfast".. alles was wir bekommen haben war eine Tüte bestehend aus Wasser, einer Banane, nem Müsliriegel und nem eingepackten MiniMuffin.. unser Zimmer war glücklicherweise oben, unten habe ich mehrere große Kakerlaken rumlaufen sehen. Am ersten Morgen gab es zudem leider keine Warmwasser. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfohlen zu dem Preis.

Obwohl etwas abseits gelegen guter Standard
Es erfolgte die Frage nach einem Wunsch für die Lage des Zimmers. Passiert selten. Frühstück gab es im mexikanischen Restaurant nebenan. Mit einem Bierchen schon mal reingeschnuppert. Alles super und weiter zu empfehlen.

Zweie haben sich während unserer Anwesenheit ein Bad im Hotelpool gegönnt...... Inbegriffenes Frühstück im anliegenden Mexicana Restaurante war eine Katastrophe. Das Rührei hat schon gerochen...

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there where some people bbqing in the bed of their pickup truck outside the door i had to use to access my room, and though that itself didn't bother me but the fact that they threw their chicken bones on the ground everywhere did a I was traveling with my service dog. Luckily I noticed when I took my dog out and was able to find the majority of them before my dog got ahold of one. So really it was the other guests that where not being mindful that was my only problem with my stay. Otherwise i would recommend the hotel and stay there again myself.

Hotel was clean ,staff was good. The only issue was that the pool is empty no water and they should inform people of that, ice machine wasn’t working in the location we were staying at so we had to walk to another building. Too many people the pool is important specially if the weather is hot and customers should be notified of.

The only good thing about this hotel was the check in. Was checked in less than 5 minutes. But the rooms and hallways smelled very stuffy and the walls are paper thin. We could hear other peoples conversations as if they were in the room with us. And the doors slamming shut constantly was even more annoying.

The overall property was nice & convenient for what we had planned, we choose this hotel due to the fact that it was walking distance to our show that we were attending. our room air conditioning wasn’t working when we first arrived! And we checked the wall thermostat yet the screen was shattered! Once we finally got the unit turned on, we couldn’t turn the temperature up or down/ hotter or colder. Resulting in us leaving by 7:30am bc it was to hot inside the room we were put into! When checking out I let them know that it was not working, & the only thing they said was “sorry, I’ll let the hotel managers/ maintenance know about it. But over all was an average stay!

There is a secure fence around the whole property. It is clean and quiet. We have stayed there before and will undoubtedly stay again. It is my favorite motel in Bakersfield.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile. Great service all around. 5 stars and a thumbs up. The room was cleaned, spacious and smoke free. Plenty of parking and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We loved the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the nice grounds. However, whoever was in room #106 was so loud, into the wee hours of the morning (3-4 a.m.!) that it woke us up. Pounding on the wall telling them to quiet down did not work. Other than that, we will definitely be staying at this hotel next trip to the Mechanics Bank Stadium and Arena.

Nice clean rooms. Older part of Downtown Bakersfield. My only complaint about the hotel is that it is the only Best Western or Best Western Plus that charges for breakfast. Come on now, even the Sleazy 8 has a free breakfast buffet. I will stay at the Holiday Inn next time.
