In diesem Hotel fand kein Zimmerservice statt auch erfolgte an einem Morgen eingeschränktes Frühstück aufgrund Lebensmittelknappheit. Ich bezahle nicht für fehlenden Service. Ich bin im Urlaub und werde meine Betten nicht selbst machen.

The room we stayed in had obviously not been cleaned prior to our arrival. My husband and I initially only noticed a few minor things but the next morning when I got out of the shower a dirty towel with "something" on it was folded up with the clean towels. After that upon further inspection we could tell the room had not been properly cleaned at all. Upon taking it up with the manager she cleaned herself so for that I am giving a few stars but I have never stayed in a hotel room where I have almost used a towel that looked like it had feces on it.

Hotel was clean, beds and shower was great. Breakfast was not very good and there is no where to get food or a drink within walking distance. If you are just looking to get a good night’s sleep at a reasonable rate I would recommend it.

Checked in on 3/15/24 after 7pm. Front desk staff was on the phone for quite some time which is understandable but she did not acknowledge guest with not even a hand gesture. Once she got off the phone she was rude and lacks customer service etiquette. The room was ok the curtain in the room powered by a remote didn't work, the shower had dried soap scum on it and it was discolored, the cabinets in the room need to be wiped down after each guest as it had lots and lots of finger prints that were noticeable as soon as we walked in , the lamp next to the bed needs a new bulb it was so dim. The location was great and the view probably would have been nice if the curtain could go up.
