STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I actually left some expensive clothing in the room & they were kind enough to ship them to me the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A great stay at The Line! I stayed in a lakeview suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was they only had one elevator working for about 3 days of my stay and it took so much time for me to get down to the lobby with my luggage. The staff at the hotel was very hospitable and I would definitely stay again.

The elevator was extremely small and the room was very average. My heat wouldn’t come on no matter how high I put it. Other than that the staff is amazing and everything outside the room is as well

The view of the water is spectacular. It’s not well lite hotel at all. The hallways & rooms are very dim all the time. Found a difficult to put my make up on at night in the bathroom because it was so dark even with the vanity mirror it wasn’t very well lit. Dining options are limited, and I found the staff at the dining places, not very friendly especially the hosts You had a reservation. The taco place and the only place that had really good customer service the other two restaurants really weren’t worth my time. The hotel cleaning and room service staff were really nice room service was good. I’ve stayed there twice now. I may try to find another place next time. It’s just conveniently located.

We enjoyed our stay at The LINE for the solar eclipse. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We ate twice at the P6 Bar/Restaurant and the food was very good. You can see the Congress Bridge and the bats from P6 if you make a reservation outside. They had convenient but expensive valet parking. From there you can walk along the river and its an easy walk to the action on 6th Street and Rainey Street.

Odd place and not in a good way. From the minute you walk through the beaten up exterior the space is dark. The hallways are very dark also. The room was also odd with mattress sitting on a very low platform. Large empty wall but No dresser for clothes- so odd and the bathroom is also dark, impossible for women to apply makeup. Outlets are difficult to access in the bathroom also. When running the fan, an odd odor permeates. It was so disgusting that we had to keep the fan off. And the 2 bikes supposedly available for use could not be unlocked for use due to no one knowing the combination! There is no reason to stay at The Line.

Great staff, room is a good size and was clean. Hotel in general, very noisy, the walls in the rooms are thin and you hear every...single...thing people are doing in the room next door. Big party hotel. Don't come if you are looking to sleep well. Dinner restaurant was great. Breakfast is weak unless you are looking for breakfast tacos.

We had a much more peaceful stay once we changed rooms. We like the vibe of the lobby and love the taco restaurant as well as P6. We love the pillows but the mattresses are not very comfortable. We both prefer plush mattresses compared to the ones currently offered. We like the hotel but I think there needs to be more attention to details in the maintenance...For example, the carpet in 718 was badly stained and the ceiling in the bathroom of 1055 is damaged. All in all, love the location, love the vibe. We were not expecting the 4seasons because that's not the vibe or energy we thrive but this place deserves a little more care and it would be perfect...because the people working here were great and that counts more that the imperfections.
