• Two fold-out beds are available for flexible setups. Occupancy remains capped at 9 guests.



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, plus additional street parking off Santa Fe Drive. Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.

• Sleeping flexibility: Two fold-out beds are available for guest use; maximum occupancy is 9.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can reach the trails and secret beach at Roy G. Guerrero Colorado River Metro Park, catch a movie or explore shops at South Village, and visit the iconic boardwalk on Lady Bird Lake.
