My family and I liked the property, and the location is very convenient since it is close to many places. The room itself was good, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.
However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay. There was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which we really did not appreciate—especially because this was a family trip and we expected a more comfortable environment inside the hotel.
Another important thing to mention is that the waterpark is not included, even though there is a picture showing a pool. Also, there is no pool in the hotel. The elevator even has a sign indicating a pool on the 6th floor, but there is no pool there, which can be confusing.
Overall, the location and room were good, but these details should be clearer for guests.
