This is a basement space that consists of a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
*Ceilings are not very high! We recommend only booking if you are 5'7 or less for a comfortable stay.*

- The living room offers a spacious area to spread out with a huge flat-screen Roku tv.
- Right off the living room, you'll find the kitchen which has a stainless steel refrigerator and oven/stove combo.
- Just a few steps away is the cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, dresser, and another huge flat-screen Roku tv.
- Access to the full bathroom is right off the bedroom.

Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

While a motor vehicle is recommended to get around, there is a bus route a short walk away from the property. Guests can park in the gravel driveway on the property. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
