„So, you are a foreign traveler to Kyrgyzstan. You don't know the local language or your way around. Don't despair. Nurik at Friends will take great care of you. The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return ...

„The hotel is in the centre of Astana, but the location is not exactly the same as shown on the map. The room was small, which matched the price paid. The room was full of notifications with fees for damaging hotel property. The staff was not always available, and I had to wait for the breakfast which was just two fried eggs.“
