The Neighborhood:
The condo is located on the side of town that is in transition, with new construction and lots of changes planned. Because of our location across the street from the municipal bus station, there are all sorts of people moving around, and it can be noisy late at night as bars and breweries close. We consider this a very safe area and have never had any problems with our guests exploring the area.

Getting Around:
You’re in downtown Asheville — walk to shops, breweries, and live music. Most guests don’t need to drive during their stay.

Perfect for a girls getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the location, it was easy walking to just about anywhere, and only a few miles away from the Biltmore. You will read in some of the other reviews that the building is across from the bus station, and it is, however as 5 ladies over 50, we didn’t encounter any negativity from the location, even when out later in the evening. We did have a minor issue with linens but it was very quickly resolved. Things will happen and the way issues are resolved is what really matters. We so appreciated the quick resolution of the problem. We will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Texas Girls trip

Loved our stay! We felt safe and each time we came back to our room we expressed how much we loved our room here. Close to Trader Joe’s we were able to get what we need as far as food . Biltmore was right down the road also. Again 4 girls traveling and it’s all about feeling safe!!! The rooms were also updated and very clean. The master bed and bath was Very Nice!

Asheville Sisters’ weekend

Four of us had a girls weekend away in Asheville. It was a first time visit for all of us. This condo was the perfect spot for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops as we explored the city. Owner was very communicative and condo was in excellent condition with very nice amenities. We had a car and security was appreciated in garage along with access to building and unit. Would highly recommend this vrbo.

Great location

We stayed in this condo for a 3 day weekend. Very clean and had most everything we needed. The check in and check out process was very well explained. We loved the condo layout and enjoyed our visit. It was perfectly situated 2 blocks to the downtown area and 2 blocks from the south slope breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This property was an amazing location, just a block or two away from hundreds of breweries and restaurants. The property was incredibly clean, updated with very nice appliances and the showers were gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again in our next trip.

Great location!

Lovely and immaculate rental within walking distance to everything! Spacious rooms, balcony, well equipped, and felt brand new. We loved the Keurig and coffee bar (bring your own sugar) as well as other thoughtful touches such as built in shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the convenience of the garage parking spot and the security of the building. If you’re looking for a pretty view, this is not for you. It’s all about comfort and convenience. Our host, Bruce, was very thorough and offered helpful tips and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend!

Fun family time visiting Biltmore, food tours and LaZoom

This unit has plenty of room and my 20 year old girls, loved having their own giant bathroom. Plenty of necessities like coffee, TO and shampoo that so many usually skimp on. Great communication and instructions from checking in to how to turn on the TVs and tours to try. The concert venue across the way is very loud but it stopped at 10 and the TV could drown it out until then, I'd try and go to one of the concerts next time, it looked fun! Comfy places to sit and large kitchen. I'd stay with Bruce again.

Fantastic Property

Our three person adult family spent four nights in this condo/apartment. Very clean and spacious. Conveniently located, within walking distance of several noted restaurants and in-town shopping.. Kitchen was well-equipped with Bosch appliances, All-Clad cookware, and Keurig coffee maker. One caveat … the property is located across the street from the bus depot and in close proximity to a homeless population; nonetheless, we felt secure with keypad locks on the garage, lobby, and apartment front door. Overall, our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable; we look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Great stay. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. One of the best-stocked rentals I have stayed in. Good location that was very walkable to downtown. Only complaint was that the WiFi was pretty bad and could definitely use an upgrade. It didn't work well and dropped often and we only had one device on it.

Heart of Asheville

Nice, modern condo inthe heart of Asheville. Included an indoor parking spot. Nice extras, coffee, toiletries etc. (Not a lot of mugs or wine glasses so u have to wash them as u use them) Easy to clean up kitchen, & fully equipped . Big master bedroom, smaller beds in 2 nd bedroom. Near restaurants (& bus station) ,& great little food market on French Broad st nearby.
