Very well equipped kitchen for meals but why cook when fabulous restaurants are steps away. „My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. „Within a 7-10 minute walk to ALL the fun in downtown Asheville. Loved the location and the convenient Poke restaurant on the street level was delicious and super convenient! The bus stop (across from the building) had some colorful folks hanging around, but nobody bothered anyone, as per other reviews. Excellent instructions for check in/check out. Only tiny thought would be to replace the living room rug; the rest of the place is gorgeous and in perfect order. We would love to return and rent ...

„The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. The parking is tight in the parking garage but with careful maneuvering we were able to fit a Tahoe in the spot. The beds were comfortable and we felt very safe in the building. We didn’t watch much TV but the couch is quite uncomfortable and not a piece of furniture you’d want to spend a lot of time sitting on. Overall, really nice place and felt very secure for two women traveling alone. “

„Fantastic 2 bedroom with high ceilings, great kitchen, in-house laundry, and outdoor fire pit. Recommended for families and groups of friends. Close to local hotel bar and restaurant for nice cocktails. Easy Lyft to other parts of the city for dinner. Keyless entry was a plus. Really enjoyed our stay.“

„The actual condo was wonderful. It was super clean and exactly as the pictures described it. The host was easy to contact and very quick to respond to questions. It was close to many of the places we love to visit in downtown Asheville. Our only complaint was the homeless who camped out in front of the building. Asheville really needs to clean up its city!! We can't blame our hosts for this though. Our unit was wonderful!“
