„We loved every minute of our time at Whispering Pines and in Mt. Ida. We were able to disconnect and enjoyed much needed family time. We loved the hammocks, fire pit, creek and the hiking near the cabin. We didn’t do everything g we wanted and everyone was ok with that! The cabin was so cute and clean and the kids loved having for life upstairs to sleep in. “

„Super clean. Perfect for two couples with separate king bedrooms and private baths. Barbeque pit was a bonus that was well used. Kitchen is well equipped. Corn hole boards on the back porch was fun as well as the diamond digging equipment to borrow was a plus.Overall we did not need a thing that wasn’t available.“

„My wife and I went to float the caddo for a birthday trip. This cabin is great for a romantic getaway. There are 3 cabins right on the water with grills off to the side. Very peaceful and relaxing. The host replied very quickly with any issues or questions I had. 10/10 would stay again! “

„We had a great stay! The house was well equipped and clean. The location is wonderful; private and quiet. We loved the creek and spent most of our time swimming and exploring. We also went crystal mining which was a very close 20 minute drive. Tons of fun and hope to come back!“

„We came to Arkansas for a mother daughter trip and we had the best time. We came to canoe but the water level was to high to safely float especially with children. Marc told us about a hiking trail called little missouri falls and it was well worth the 40 min drive. We hiked and we got to swim at the waterfall. We loved it, you will need a truck or suv to manage the terrain into the trail. We also spent time in hot springs which is about a 45 min drive. “

„My husband and I love a little adventure, including digging for artifacts and diamonds, which is what brought us to the area. After spending our days outdoors, it was so nice to get home to the cabin that had everthing we needed to prepare meals, wash clothes, and relax. And speaking of relaxing, that bed was eveything. We enjoyed the patio in the evening playing cards, listening to music, and laughing together. The fan kept us cool, and the lights set the mood. We also enjoyed fishing the pond ...

„We went to Arkansas to dig in the Crater of Diamonds State Park. We found this nice little diamond in the rough called the Gemstone. First off it’s off the grid and quiet and secluded. Second, the place is nice. Third it is well appointed and maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay when going to dig, this is the place you must stay at!!!!!!“
