Hotels in Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Florenz

„Terribly overpriced, terribly not what you expect in pain overpriced.. do to the location kind of have no choice. They can do better. Breakfast was terrible the outside building was nice tho“

„Environment and how clean everything was“

„Very nice place in a great location. Close to everything. Limited room service. Never once seen a maid in our 3 days there.“

„Wir waren rundum zu Frieden “

„This is a great extended stay style hotel, so few amenities and staff around, no daily housekeeping, etc but a clean place with comfortable beds and great location in SE Phoenix near Mesa airport. Recommend it - really great price if you plan ahead.“

„The staff is racist, they discriminate against black people and talk down to you. Only nice staff was the breakfast attendant Gina. They lie on you and charge you for things you didn't even use and will argue with you after you try to defend yourself from false allegations. I would never ever stay here again. This was my 3rd stay, management must have changed from last year because its complete garbage now.“

„It was new“

„Clean facilities, very pleasant host“

„The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.“

„Great place to stay!! Pool was amazing“
