A big disappointment
We have booked a family apartment with a balcony/terrace. This was especially important to us due to the fact that we have a baby that goes to bed early and we wanted to enjoy our stay outdoors. We cant go anywhere with a baby sleeping, hence, we were very disapponted to find out that there was no terrace. The info on the website is wrong and misleading! It was also sad that the pool was closed. We have chosen this hotel because it was our last day in Turkey, which we wanted to enjoy, but couldnt. The staff did not really try to help us. I have asked for a discount which we did not receive. The only thing that was offered to us was a discount on some massage, which was really not what we wanted.

Das Hotel wat Super, Tolles Zimmer sehr sauber und das Fruhstuck war auch sehr gut mit einiges an Auswahl, es gab selbst Omelette was frisch gemacht wuerde, wir werden sicher nochmals dort hinfahren, sehr nettes Personal.

Super Lage mitten im Zentrum. Dementsprechend natürlich auch etwas lauter. Parken vor Ort möglich allerdings sehr eng. Alles Interessante fußläufig erreichbar.

Hübsches Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer entsprechen den Bilder im Internet. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Es ist nicht alles Gold, was glänzt..
Wir haben zwei zimmer gebucht. Kurz vor der Einreise rufe ich an, um zu wissen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Leider konnten sie unsere Buchnung mit der Reservierungscode nicht finden. Aber.. nachdem ich mit der Stornierung gedroht habe, war die Buchung plötzlich da (!) Als wir dort waren, haben wir unsere Zimmer in abgespeckter Form im Nebengäude gefunden..

Amazing stay in a fab location
An amazing find in a great location for such an affordable price. Myself and a friend stayed in a deluxe double and the honeymoon suite with amazing roof terrace. The deluxe double was huge and the honeymoon suite had fantastic outside space with a view of the ocean and mountain behind. We enjoyed some fantastic sunsets from up there. The decor is beautifully done if a tiny but tired in places but overall the place is gorgeous. It is in the heart of the old town so it can be a little noisy until midnight when all the bars close, after this its very quiet. The staff were very helpful and took our luggage up to the room, recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant and also booked us a taxi. They were friendly and the cleaner was great too! The only thing which let the stay down was the included breakfast, which really wasnt to our taste. The offering didnt feel particularly fresh and it was limited. With so many great restaurants on our doorstep we enjoyed traditional Turkish breakfasts elsewhere with sea views for a very affordable price.

Muy buena experiencia. Las instalaciones se ven cuidadas y es muy bonito. Nos dejaron entrar antes de ma hora de check in y el personal fue amable. El desayuno es el punto más bajo. Falta algo de bollería y opciones dulces. Nos extraña ver pollo, brocoli, aros de cebolla con ketchup y ensalada para desayunar. Nos parecio raro.

Delightful but not deluxe
Although the room size and bathroom was comfortable, the location of the room overlooking the car parking was not ideal . Unfortunately breakfast was in another building about a 3 minutes walk and the spread was very basic and disappointing. Overall location of hotel is good, easy accessibility to restaurants and shopping areas .

Tourist trap! Avoid at all cost.
Terrible and very overpriced place, room looks nothing like the pictures, very dimly lit with only 1 single light bulb and a window that’s blocked by a wall and a staircase. There are insects and spiders in the room and bathroom, torn bedsheet covers. Hotel management didn’t care at all and rudely refused to change our room or give us a refund when we requested cancellation, they told me to go deal with hotels.com. The room was so bad we checked out of the hotel immediately after waking up, we didn’t even wait for breakfast even though we paid for it. Avoid this tourist trap at all costs, there are many other good places around. I can’t believe they have the audacity to claim that this room was originally $150+, I wouldn’t stay in this basement room even if they offered it for free!
Greeted by a spider on the desk as soon as we entered the room, picture after we squashed it. RIP

We had booked this hotel by accident thinking it was another place. But what’s a beautiful accident it turned out to be. Just how gravity was accidentally discovered, we were in the warmth of this great boutique hotel in the heart of Kaleici. Walking distance to the beaches, great decor in rooms, super friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was delightful and just very comfortable to stay at in Kaleici. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet getaway in Kaleici and stay indoors during your trip. They also have several other properties to choose from. The room rates were also very reasonable compared to similar quality of hotels in the area.

We had a very nice stay sadly only one night. Would definitely return. Staff were very helpful and respectful. Rooms were a little tired but acceptable. Showers could do with refurb. Great location.
