The first room we were given was dirty and the toilet was broken. The staff was very kind and switched us to a clean room with a working toilet. There was a kids' hockey tournament on in the area, and the whole place was overrun by 8-10 year old boys tearing through the halls and riding the elevators for fun. That is the fault of their parents, but no one from the hotel appeared to do anything about it. Pretty unpleasant!

I would have rated this higher, but the cleaning staff did not come to our room even though we were out all day. So we returned for our second night, and had no clean towels, no tissues, no coffee, very little toilet paper, and unmade beds. We saw the cleaning staff in the hallway when we left in the morning, and again later in the afternoon. There was no reason they could not have cleaned our room or at least replenished our supplies.

Whole experience was stress free; room was spacious & clean. Actually, had to stay an extra night that wasn't planned due to inclement weather & they were able to accommodate us quickly, hassle free.

Nice facility over all. The indoor pool was disappointing as the water was cold, the air temp was 63 degrees, and the hot tub was out of order. Pillows are comforters were “eh”.

Breakfast was excellent. Bar was nice and service was very good. . Grounds outside parking had excessive litter, probably from the adjacent highway. Wind was blowing garbage around the parking lot. Not a good look, but especially considering the price.

Don’t stay if your looking for a get away.
Booked room for relaxing night for me and my husband for pool and watching the football game. Checked in and was told to virtually check in. Called the front desk to find out how late the pool was open and they informed me that it was under construction (even though that was my filtered search “pool”. We thought how nice it was to have a restaurant/bar at the hotel and the male bartender was so rude. We left and watched the game at another restaurant. Came back to the hotel after the game to relax and watch tv, and 4x’s had young hockey players knocking on our doors and ditching - not relaxing or worth our money and time. Disappointed 😤
