„The only positives: great and unique location, located directly next to the entrance of Macchi Picchu. The Concierge - Carmen, was extremely professional, charming and helpful. „Our stay was perfect. We got an upgrade for all three nights. Food was good however the food at the Belmond Machupicchu was significant better( Real Gourmet). The temperature of the pool schould be a bit higher. The coffee machine in the room is great however on the first day it did not work. I recommend to change to Nespresso. They wanted to charge us for the taxi to Poroy USD 50.- finaly they organised for us a normal taxi for 25 S.“
