When you arrive you’ll find parking is VERY tight. Be prepared for a door ding. When asked if there was additional parking by the front office I was told we could park in handicapped spaces and they wouldn’t have it towed. The room is okay, but definitely feel like my feet turned black from the carpet. Also, as soon as you enter it smells of mold, the humidity in the room is visible on the wet windows. There is zero counter space in the bathroom and they provide you with a single towel. You must call to get additional towels. The bed sheets were clean, but the mattress is a well used box spring that wasn’t the most comfortable. Be prepared to hear every possible noise you neighboring guests can and will make, not the hotels fault entirely but we didn’t end up sleeping. Was hoping the hotel would redeem itself with the free breakfast but was quickly let down. Breakfast options include two kinds of bagels, and a slice of toast. Cereal to be eaten with a spork, and yogurt without any granola. Also oatmeal packets were provided but there is no water to make it with in their microwave. Coffee was cold and watered down, also they have signs posted everywhere not to bring any food to your room which is very unaccommodating considering families with small children are most likely to stay at the hotel, and the fact that they provide you with a decent sized refrigerator in the room. Overall the hotel is okay at best. Still think it’s over priced and won’t be staying here again.
