The neighborhood 'the Jordaan' is like a village in the city, with many lovely restaurants, terraces, little shops, the Noorder Market just over the bridge, the Anne Frank house over the other bridge and very near to the 9 streets. We have bycicles and if needed a car available by mutual agreement. We can organize very special tours for you by boat or bycicle.

Enjoy watching boats glide by from the dining table by the window or simply relax in the window seat. The Anne Frank House, Noorder Market, and the Nine Streets are all nearby. For families, there’s a fantastic garden featuring a trampoline and swing for kids. I also have a comprehensive list of recommendations for activities, including those suited for children.

The apartment spans the ground and first floors of a spacious building on the Prinsengracht, a vibrant canal known for its houseboats and lively atmosphere. Ideal for families, the apartment accommodates 2 adults and 3-4 children (aged 0-21). It features three double bedrooms: the master bedroom is upstairs, and the kids' rooms are downstairs, including one with a double bunk bed (140 cm wide). There are two bathrooms, one with a steam shower, and three additional toilets. The property also includes a garden, a patio, and a play attic. For convenience, one kids' bicycle and three adult bicycles (one with two child seats) are available.
