„This is a recently renovated Gold Rush era hotel, very quaint and authentic. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated to modern standards which is nice, but have authentic period decor/antiques. The town is VERY small and cute, extremely quiet (in general) and a walkable historic self-guided tour. It makes a great base of operations for exploring the area. „Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.“

„I have been coming up to GV with my family for nearly 35 years now. We've stayed at a variety of rentals and this is BY FAR the best we have ever stayed in. The creek is a godsend, we didnt have to drive 45 minutes to some place where the boys could play around in the water and experience the natural beauty of Grass Valley.
