„This property was beautiful, quiet and clean. Amazing flowing river right outside our rear door. We had 2 elk feeding in the river on our last day, and at the adjacent restaurant there was a black bear that was only about 50ft away in the wood line. Just minding its own business thankfully lol.
Room had a huge jetted tub, the on button was broken but it still worked. Big kitchen, huge 75in tv in room. Close to Estes Park which was a quaint little town with lots of touristy stuff. And minutes ...

Our double-queen room with balcony was spacious for our family of three and the mini fridge was bigger than at the chain hotel in town where we stayed earlier in our trip. No problems! The whole compound is huge but very quiet, and located in close proximity to the park. It wasn't unusual to see elk and deer in the park at morning hours or in the evenings.
We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of our room though, this can and should be improved.
