„The host was extremely efficient and responded to me very quick. I told him my family wanted to bbq and he went out and bought a brand new grill. The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. „Nadia was a great host, she was was super responsive and accommodating. We had a family emergency and she willingly pushed back our reservation a day. When we arrived the power was out due to high winds but she replied quickly and thankfully the power came back shortly after contacting her. The unit was clean, cozy, and perfect for our ski get away. One of our favorite parts was the warming fan in the bathroom. 10/10 would stay again! “
