„The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.“

„My family was visiting Ellicottville for the solar eclipse. The Zimmer Brothers' condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was spit polished clean and furniture was cozy. Although we did not cook (except coffee!) the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious.
