„This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. „The cottage was perfect for our stay for dropping our child off at Suny Geneseo. We stayed 2-nights, my wife and younger child took a riding lesson with Kim, who was great. We explored the property during the day, getting to see all the horses and and very much enjoyed the night sky. We also did a quick trip to Letchworth State Park to view the upper and middle falls. Had lunch on Conesus Lake, only a 10-minute drive. We would definitely stay at the cottage again. “
