We appreciate the time you took to share your experience at Topázio and the positive note you made at breakfast during the weekend.To the diversity of products that we offer daily for breakfast as fresh and homemade products, on weekends we add a moment of showcooking, enriching the quality of the main meal of the day.The concept of Topazio Vibe was thought to provide facilities and services in a wide and functional space integrated in a contemporary design, this is the reason for the difference in our wardrobes with 20 hangers and shelves where the safe is incorporated, without a door that allows you to quickly visualize the article that we intend, in relation to the classic line of wardrobes.All WCs are composed of a washbasin, bidet and toilet and a generous shower tray with 2 hangers fixed to the removable glass door, which is why you can in some cases reduce the space between sanitary ware, while maintaining the ample space in the WC.The amenities kit that we make available to our guests consists of hand soap, bath soap and shampoo, however after analysis I would like to transmit we will implement the solution for storing personal hygiene products.The location of Topazio Vibe allows our guests to park in front of the hotel's entrance and enjoy free parking in the surrounding area, information that is accessible on the websites.It is possible that the message about our Go Green Get Rewards program was not perceived through the flyers or the message transmitted by colleagues at the reception leading to their dissatisfaction.I take the opportunity to clarify our project in contributing to the quality of the environment.To all guests who want to contribute to this project by giving up the use of chemical products, reducing energy consumption, we repay with a 5 voucher guaranteeing dry cleaning and replacement of amenities, for which it is necessary to register your contribution at the reception.We look forward to your visit with the certainty that we will do everything for you to enjoy a good experience.Compliments
