Conveniently located in the safe and quiet Paradise Hills Neighborhood in the Northwest corner of Albuquerque, you will be a few minutes away from Paseo Del Norte giving you easy access to the city. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and the remaining three bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Enjoy Albuquerque's moderate outdoor climate in your own personal hot tub and putting green. Access to Sandia Mountain hiking and biking, Albuquerque's finest shopping districts and restaurants are 15 minutes away. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating a large family or four couples visiting Albuquerque.

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
Service dogs are allowed and occasionally stay at the property, if you have allergies to dogs this is not your best option.
If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
