„This is my first time in a Premier Inn, which for the NZ AU people, this is the Jetstar of hotels. The room was tidy, spacious and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. However the staff (except for one person) were not helpful. „Leider nicht die saubersten und schnellsten. Beim Frühstück wurde erst sehr spät aufgefüllt oder die Plätze vom Geschrirr der vorherigen Gäste bereinigt. Manchmal waren während unserer ganzen Frühstückszeit die Nebenplätze nicht abgeräumt. Wir haben 6x gefrühstückt. Bei unserer Rundreise durch GB waren wir u.a..im PremierInn in York, Liverpool und Glasgow, dort lief es viel besser. Aber Preis-Leistung ist im Gesamtbereich ok.“

„Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine and staff good. Unfortunately restaurant closes a little early and they stop taking orders 15 mins prior. We arrived at the restaurant 25 mins prior to closing and was behind another guest. The manager told us to wait as he would be right back but only came back 10 mins later to tell us that we would need to go eat elsewhere as the restaurant was closing.
