Home situated in a friendly and quant retirement neighborhood. 5 mile commute to Pinehurst for US Open 2024. 5 mile commute to Downtown Aberdeen and Southern Pines for shopping and food. Clean, spacious and well stocked kitchen with necessities. Linens and towels will be provided during your stay.

Our house is close to all that Pinehurst has to offer. With updated interiors, comfortable bedding and a central location, you can be sure your stay in Aberdeen/ Pinehurst will be an enjoyable one!

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeping for up to 6. It also has a full size washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook as little or as much as you want during your stay.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with tempurpedic pillows and adjustable mattress, a sizable closet and large wall mounted tv. The master bath has a tub/shower combo and double sink with plenty of storage.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and large closet and is located right next to the 2nd bathroom. You will also find a flat screen tv located in this bedroom.

The third bedroom has a double bed, large closet and a wall mounted TV. There is exercise equipment in this room if needed, including a treadmill.

The sunroom is newly added and has a wall mounted TV and sofa with chair seating. Please note that this room does not have central air however there is a standing a/c unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from pots and pans to a crockpot and convection oven. All dishes and utensils are provided.

We have a large gas/ charcoal combo grill in the backyard and outdoor seating on the back yard patio.
