„Schönes luxuriöses Hotel! Im Finanz District gelegen. Für Europäer sind die Matrazen sehr hart, für Asien normal. Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend. Spezielles Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Lucky, sein Service war top!“

„We arrived several hours early & the staff stored our luggage whilst we used the pool (sun was out/had pool to our selves: fab!). Room was superb/beds really comfortable. Our dinner & breakfast were amazing: great value & the buffets had everything! Could not fault the place. Very attentive staff. “

„Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis und nettes Personal. Die Lobby bietet reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten bei angenehmem Ambiente. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Business Lounge mit kleiner, aber feiner Auswahl an Speisen. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, aber weniger für Europäer. Die Zimmer sind gut und Wasser steht bereit. Wer einen Fön braucht, bringt ihn sich aber besser selbst mit.“

„It was a wonderful - as always. I stayed with Courtyard by Marriott some times already when I work in Andheri area. Service is always great and attentive. Unfortunately I forgot two unimportant items in my bathroom. As I will be back in Mumbai in some days only I asked if these could be stored so that I could pick them up. Unfortunately I never received a reply on my email which I had sent to the email id given to me from the concierge in case I would need anything.“

"Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert, Checkin völlig daneben, man versteht kein Wort bei der Dame. Restaurant Rechnung überprüfen und beanstanden, Pool hat eine Bar ohne Bedienung, Lounge geschlossen - Ersatzlounge nur 2 Stunden geöffnet-Buffet ne Katastrophe. Spa angeblich bis 22:00 Uhr offen, ab 20:00 Uhr alle Feierabend…… "

"Since 10 years I choose this Hotel for accommodations. The condition of the rooms are like 10 years ago. Rooms are looking really matured. They charge you like in ITC or Hilton but don’t provide the high standard of luxury hotels. A pity. Staff is friendly and supportive. "

"Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Der Pool war schmutzig, und z.T. eine Baustelle. Von Poolbar etc keine Spur. Außerdem hatte das ganze Hotel gemüffelt. Einiges am der Zimmerausschattung war defekt. Bitte unbedingt dis Zimmer vorher anschauen vor dem Check in. Wir mussten den vollen Preis zahlen obwohl wir aufgrund der oben genannten Gründe direkt wieder gegangen sind!"

"Das Hotel ist super am Flughafen gelegen, man kann alles gut erreichen. Trotz der Sanierung sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man deutlich sieht. Die Bäder waren noch im alten Zustand. Ansonsten war alles sehr super und das Personal hilfsbereit. "
